1. Pre-Order Terms
All items in this drop are sold strictly as pre-orders. By placing your order, you agree that:
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted once your order is placed.
- No refunds will be issued—your payment fully secures production and fulfillment.
2. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins immediately after the drop closes:
- You cannot cancel or modify your order after checkout.
- Please double-check your size, shipping address, and payment details before you hit “Buy.”
3. Defective or Damaged Items
We stand by our craftsmanship. If your piece arrives defective or damaged, we’ll make it right:
- Email photos of the defect to officialempathystudios@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Once we verify the issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or fully refund that item’s cost—your choice.
4. Late or Lost Shipments
- We’re not responsible for carrier delays beyond our processing window (1–3 business days).
- If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us at officialempathystudios@gmail.com, and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
