1. Processing Time
- All items in this drop are sold as pre-orders.
- Production begins immediately after the pre-order period ends.
- Please allow 3–5 weeks for production and quality checks before shipping.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

3. Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after items ship.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days after items ship.
- Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier.

4. International Shipping
- We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
- Delivery estimates do not include customs processing time.

5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.
- Use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

6. Delays & Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Address Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- Address changes cannot be made once production has started.
